Roller Shutter Graphics, Wraps & Printed Vinyl
Roller shutter graphics are what we are known for. We print onto vandal- and weather-resistant media, apply it to your existing shutter and leave you with a shopfront that advertises the business long after the doors are locked.
- —Applied to existing shutters — no need to replace the curtain
- —UV-stable inks that hold colour through British weather
- —Fitted out of hours so trading is never interrupted
- —Anti-graffiti laminate available on every panel

About our shutter graphics
Printed roller shutters are the work Shutter Media is best known for. We print your artwork onto heavy-duty vandal-resistant vinyl, wrap it around the existing curtain and finish it with an anti-graffiti laminate, so a closed shutter keeps advertising the business overnight instead of turning the street grey.
Every shutter is surveyed before print so the artwork lines up with the slats and lath. Shop shutter graphics, security shutters, industrial roller shutter doors, grilles and pull-down gates are all handled the same way — measured, printed in-house, and fitted out of hours across Middlesbrough, Teesside, the North East, the rest of the UK and Ireland.
Roller shutter advertising is the cheapest square metre of signage most shops own. A single printed shutter covers the whole frontage, works every night and weekend the business is closed, and typically costs less than a year of comparable outdoor advertising space.

Shutter Graphics — common questions
- How long do roller shutter graphics last?
- Printed shutter vinyl with a UV and anti-graffiti laminate typically holds colour for five to seven years outdoors in the UK, and can be cleaned or jet-washed without damage.
- Do you need to replace my shutter?
- No. Roller shutter wraps are applied to the existing curtain. If the shutter opens and closes cleanly, it can be printed.
- How much do roller shutter graphics cost?
- Price is driven by the width of the shutter and the number of slats. Send a photo with those two figures and we will return a priced visual, usually the same working day.
- Is it better to have a roller shutter painted or printed?
- Printed vinyl gives photographic detail, exact brand colours and a consistent finish, and it can be removed or updated later. Hand-painted roller shutters are one-offs that fade faster and cannot be reproduced if a panel is damaged.
- What types of shutter can be wrapped?
- Solid lath curtains, perforated and punched slats, brick-bond security grilles and industrial roller shutter doors can all be printed. Perforated shutters are printed on a matched media so the pattern still reads through.
- Do you fit roller shutter graphics outside Middlesbrough?
- Yes. Middlesbrough, Stockton, Redcar, Darlington and the wider Teesside area are covered daily, and installation teams travel nationwide for multi-site retail rollouts.
- Will graphics stop my shutter working properly?
- No. The vinyl is applied to the curtain in the closed position and rolls with it, so the shutter opens and closes exactly as before.
